The devices feature short reaction times of ≤5s (in air) and a temperature range from -55°C up to +155°C. Thanks to a highly controlled platinum thin film manufacturing process, these new Vishay Beyschlag flat chip sensors offer an outstanding stability of temperature characteristic of < ±0.04%, even in the long term, over a wide temperature range, allowing precise temperature measurements in automotive electronics, industrial electronics, telecommunication systems, and medical equipment.
