International Rectifier has introduced a new family of 60 V and 75 V MOSFETs optimized for industrial battery applications.

The new N-channel devices utilize IR’s trench MOSFET technology with superior on-state resistance (RDS(on)) for improved system efficiency and high reliability, also making them well suited for battery back-up systems such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) as well as hard switched or high frequency circuits common in switch mode power supplies (SMPS).

The new devices are offered lead free, in TO-220, D-PAK and D2 PAK packages and are RoHS compliant.
