Displays and interconnect specialist GTK is expanding its 2go range with 2.54mm PCB pin headers, guaranteeing next-day product delivery, complete with technical drawings. The 2go range of low-cost connectors is destined to help OEMs who suffer from overly long lead-times by supplying cost-effective products with proven interconnect performance in record time.

GTK’s pin headers deliver a 1amp current rating and an insulation resistance of 5000Mohm per minute. With a dielectric withstand voltage of 500VAC, parts operate between -40 and +105degC. Contacts are of brass and housing is of Nylon 6T, built to UL 94V-0 specification.

The parts, which can be snapped to size, are available straight or at right angles. Measuring 0.025inch², the pins are offered in single or double row and offer a soldering profile of 260degC for 10 seconds. All products from the 2go range are RoHS-compliant.
