Specialist power conversion distributor, PIV Technology, has announced a range of low cost plug top power supply products from leading Taiwanese manufacturer Elementech Co., Ltd.
The AU1, Jet Series of 5W plug top power supplies provide a compact and modern package and are available with either interchangeable or fixed input plugs with standard input configurations for the UK, European, USA, China and South Africa.

The series has a universal input of 100 – 240V AC and can be supplied with standard output voltages in the range of 3V – 12V DC, over voltage and short circuit protection are provided as standard.
The series has been designed to enable the output to be presented to the user in one of two ways, either via a USB socket or by a fixed output cable with a 2M length.

These products are designed with the latest requirements for Green operation in mind and offer an excellent level of efficiency with compliance to CEC level IV and a low emissions performance with FCC approval. They are fully safety approved to the latest standards with compliance to UL1950, CE, EN60950, GS and BSMI standards. These products are also designed with environmental impact in mind and are RoHS and Weee Compliant.

These power supplies are suited to many applications including Networking, communications, Multimedia devices, Satellite and EPOS requirements. In addition to the standard products Elementech also specializes in semi and full custom requirements for OEM and ODM requirements with local European support and cost effective manufacturing in China.
