Miniature POL regulator is designed for military and avionics applications

Roband Electronics has developed a miniature point-of-load regulator for a wide variety of military and avionics applications.

With an output of 0.8 to 3.3V at 5 Amps and a 5V input, Roband's POL regulators have a military temperature range of -55° to +125° C. The product is just 20 x 25 x 8 mm and weighs only 12g, with a variety of different pinout configurations.

Designed to give optimum vibration support, it has a machined aluminium enclosure and is encapsulated for maximum environmental protection. Efficient to 90%, it is overload-protected.
