Surface-Mount Microminiature Rotary Switches

New to knitter-switch's range of rotary switch products is the SMR 1-30
surface-mount microminiature switch. With a body size of just 5mm² x 3mm high, the new switch is one of the smallest rotary switches available and will suit those applications where size and reliability are important.

Switching contacts are rated at 12VDC/50mA (minimum 20mVDC/5A) whilst contact resistance is 100mO. Insulation resistance is 50,000M? and operating temperature range is -30 to +85°C. Mechanical life is a minimum of 800 operations.

The switch case is made from washable PPS thermoplastic to UL 94 V-0 whilst the frame is stainless steel. The terminals are tin plated over nickel barrier whilst the contacts are gold plated over nickel barrier.
