TTI, Inc is adding Evox Rifa EMI Metallised Paper (MP) capacitors from Kemet to its extensive product range. Benefitting from Evox Rifa's 60 year history of commitment to top quality product design, the MP capacitors offer the highest possible level of operational safety regarding passive and active flammability.

With excellent self healing properties and good resistance to ionisation, MP capacitors are ideally suited for permanent connection in series with the mains power. This long-term durability gives the MP devices an advantage over many plastic EMI capacitors on the market, which can lose most of their capacitance after two or three years, when deployed in a mains power connection.

With high capabilities of handling mains overvoltages and fast transients, MP capacitors meet and exceed the requirements of international EMI standards.
